HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Our balloons normally stay inflated for several months. Please note the balloons may be affected by the circumstances. You can keep them longer in proper environment. Please refer to CARE & HANDLING.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP

We deliver within Calgary and to some neighboring areas including DeWinton, Okotoks, Chestermere, High River, and Airdrie.
Delivery charges vary based on recipient’s address.
We do NOT leave our products outside the door.
In case of no answer to doorbell/ doorknocks, delivery will not be made and extra charges may apply.

Curbside pickup is also available. Before choosing PICKUP option at checkout, remark available time spots in Order special instructions.

Please bring your confirmation message when you come to collect your order.

Due to the reason that each of our products is custom-made, return or exchange will not be accepted unless the item you purchased is defective.
